Extended WarrantyA cornerstone product in any finance presentation is the EPLA. (Extended Parts and Labor Agreement, often referred to as “extended warranty” or “extended service contract”.) When properly presented, more than half of your customers will opt to add the protection. For the consumer, a reasonably priced policy will often pay for itself with a single trip to the service department. For most, a few dollars per month included on the finance contract is easier on the budget than costly unexpected repairs. For the dealer, there are at least five major benefits:
